The first 2014 World Cup jersey I bought was that of Russia. The Russian national side went from traditional red, blue and white to this maroon design this year. It really does look good. I'm not sure if Russian fans like it as it does seem like they've gone with an unorthodox colour but I myself like it.
The gold trim is a nice touch added by Adidas. I can see Russia making the Round of 16 as long as they can get past Korea. Belgium will be too strong and Algeria will struggle so Group H will be an interesting group to watch in Brazil next month.
