This was the first soccer jersey I ever bought. Leading into the 2010 World Cup I decided to get a Socceroos jersey to support their unlikely quest to win the World Cup.
I was only new to soccer (football) at the time but I knew Australia wouldn't win the World Cup but to see them playing against Germany was just thrilling nonetheless.
I'm Aussie through and through so this jersey is one that I'm proud to have in my collection.
